Matthew Stokes
President

Lead instructor, Matt Stokes, has been the manager of Emergency Response Services for a respected environmental engineering firm.  That experience coupled with contingency planning and a first-hand knowledge regarding a well-planned and coordinated response. Matt is presently an Industry Outreach Instructor at the College of Public Health at the University of Minnesota.

Jordan Soderman
Associate

Jordan Soderman has over 10 years of combined fire service as a full-time local and federal firefighter.  He is currently assigned to his fire department's Hazardous Materials Unit and is the Chief of Training for the 934th Airlift Wing Fire Department.  With expertise in HSEEP and exercise design, he has collaborated with private and public sector clients to facilitate innovative and functional training.  He has designed and facilitated several full-scale exercises that exceeded 100 participants.  Jordan has also obtained his Masters in Emergency Management and is passionate about improving community resiliency.

Peter Hanson

In more than 30 years as an executive leader, Peter has demonstrated the ability and agility to take on new challenges, applying expertise gained from his diverse experiences in personal care, healthcare, manufacturing, engineering and environmental sustainability.  He has been successful in small to large sized companies leading their operational growth strategies. Peter is best known as a decisive, analytical, organizational, team builder and planner, with a focus on quality and safety.

Darwyn Tri
Associate

Darwyn Tri has 32 years as a Refinery Superintendent at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and managed all aspects of an industrial oil refinery.

Located on a navigable waterway, he became very familiar with

the regulatory and environmental aspects that are required of an oil production/transfer and transfer facility.  He also has years of experience instructing Emergency Response, DOT Hazard Communication, and shipping requirements for hazardous and non- hazardous materials.  Darwyn was integral in the formation and operation of the Red Wing CAER group (Community Awareness and Emergency Response). Held Chairman position for 10 years and maintained documentation.
